Whole pages of text

Hi,

First off I want to say thanks for such a useful app. I was a big fan of Catch before they closed down and Think Book has filled the gap better than I could have hoped for.

One issue that perplexes me is the inability to create a full page of text. I understand think book is more for taking notes, but Id also like to keep larger pages of content at hand like recipes. Currently this means splitting a recipe into many notes or accepting that only part of the recipe is visible unless I click on it to edit it.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to have just plain text without a note, todo, etc attached to it? If not could this be a future feature?

Thanks!
