I am greatly enjoying using ThinkBook, and I have a suggestion
for a new note type, which would automatically insert the date and
time of creation. This would facilitate using ThinkBook for logging
activities among other things.

I would like to use thinkbook for my daily journal as well.
Timestamp would be meaningful in clocking my entries.
Likewise a general feature to add dates may help give
perspective and control on To-Dos/Checklists.

This is a good idea. Nice to start a meeting, formal or informal and just be able to insert a date/tine stamp as you start to take notes.
